For their inaugural season, the Arizona Diamondbacks had seven minor league affiliates.  There were two triple-A affiliates including one based in the Mexican League.  The Diamondbacks did not have a Double-A affiliate for this season but they did utilize the El Paso team where they could send up to 4 players.  The three lower level affiliates are no longer in business and therefore have no contact information.
