The Diamondbackers Frequent Fang fan loyalty program is available to every fan but there are a few rules and regulations that must be adhered to in order to participate in this program.
  1. One DiamondBackers Membership Card per person.
  2. Picture I.D. must be presented when registering and redeeming rewards. Children without picture I.D. must have a parent or guardian present when registering or redeeming rewards.
  3. Points will not be credited for past games in which attendance was not recorded at a DiamondBackers kiosk location.
  4. DiamondBackers Membership Cards are non-transferable and should be scanned only by the person to whom they are registered.
  5. Membership may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the Arizona Diamondbacks.
  6. Reward Coupons cannot be replaced and are non-transferable. Rewards are based on an 81 game Diamondbacks home schedule.
  7. Points are cumulative. You earn all of the rewards that you qualify for with points accumulated each regular season. The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to substitute rewards of comparable value.
  8. Grand Slam Awards and Early Entry Passes are available on selected dates only. Reward voucher must be presented on the specific date listed in order to receive the event portion of the reward.
  9. Employees of the Arizona Diamondbacks and of companies that provide game-day services are not eligible for membership.
  10. Family members of Arizona Diamondbacks employees and of companies that provide game-day services are eligible only for reward items and not for Grand Slam Awards.
  11. Season Ticket Holder membership card does not transfer or imply privileges as it relates to season tickets pursuant to the Arizona Diamondbacks Season Ticket Policies and Procedures.
  12. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes and rewards are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
  13. Entrants by registering and winners by accepting a prize or reward, release AZPB Limited Partnership, Major League Baseball and their respective affiliates, members, partners, subsidiaries, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, members, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for property damage and personal injuries with respect to participation in the program and possession or use of any prize or reward.
  14. Acceptance of any prize or reward constitutes permission to use the winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
