Anybody and everybody can get tickets to a game, but only season ticket holders get:

Customer Service with a Smile

As a season ticket holder you have your own department working for you. The Account Services Department has Account Representatives available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your account, policies and procedures, games or Chase Field in general. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and until the third inning on game days.
